Who can order a Letter from Santa?
Our Letter from Santa Program is open to residents of Australia and it’s Territories, USA/Canada, EEC/United Kingdom and New Zealand. And yes! Santa knows Tasmania is part of Australia.
Why do you charge so much to post a letter?
There is a lot of work behind what appears to be a simple letter. Apart from Stationery costs you have to consider the expense of postage and shipping of your Letter from Santa starting with compiling, printing, envelope stuffing and pre-stamping here in Australia - shipping by express post to North Pole Alaska where it is postmarked and mailed to your child or grandchild. In addition Santa pays all fees for Credit Card transactions and Bank fees incurred processing cheques and Money Orders. Then, of course, Santa has to stock his pantry too! Our prices are half those available in the USA and when you consider the enjoyment your special person gains from receiving their unique letter from Santa you have to agree that the price is well worth the effort.

North Pole service organisations work overtime at Christmas to keep the Spirit of Christmas alive - between you and us we can do our bit too!
Do you guarantee delivery of my Letter from Santa ?

If you have paid for Registered or Express Post and your letter is not delivered please contact us. We will put the issue to Australia Post accompanied with the relevant receipts for investigation. Any monies recovered from Australia Post will be refunded to the purchaser in full.

Our databases containing your special persons’ information are stringently checked over and over to ensure the right information is inserted into every letter prior to placing into the correct envelope.
Are my details supplied to you secure ?
This we can guarantee - Credit Card transactions are via a 100% secure portal [PayMate] and to prove our point, payment requests via other methods give our customers OUR details.
