As stated in our FAQ’s Santa Online does not accept responsibility for mail being lost in the post. There are provisions for product ordered for Registered or Express Post mailed from within Australia. It is the Buyers’ responsibility to ensure that the contact details for the Child are correct as we only use the information the Buyer supplies to complete the Letter from Santa.
For letters from the North Pole PO we guarantee that your Childs’ Letter from Santa will reach the US Post Office in North Pole Alaska duly stamped with the correct postage fee and addressed according to the information supplied by the Buyer within a time frame to normally effect delivery by Christmas Eve.
The cut-off date for orders for a Letter from Santa for pre Christmas delivery and bearing the North Pole postmark is November 21st 2007. Orders will still be accepted after that date until December 15th absolute deadline but these Letters from Santa will be mailed from Australia. The preceding does not apply to Post Christmas Letter from Santa Orders. [see below]
Orders for a Post Christmas Letter from Santa will be taken up until December 15th. each year and will carry the North Pole postmark. Post Christmas letter orders mailed from Australia are taken up until January 15th.
While we strictly adhere to cut-off dates we do not accept responsibility for your Letter from Santa failing delivery prior to the expected date. Ie. Christmas Eve for Letter from Santa orders or January 31st for Post Christmas Letters from Santa.
